Due to the high pouring temperature of stainless steel turbine housing casting, the cores are easy to crack, hard to get gas out,thus causing castings with pin holes, sinterings, veinings, and fins etc. This product is made with sand with high silica contents, specially formulated phenolic resin, refractory additives etc to solve above defects.
